1. Service overview
MyTwin is an interoperability and orchestration platform for certified health and wellness solutions, developed and published by We Are One, a French SAS registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Nanterre under number 953 111 960, with its registered office at 26 Rue du Capitaine Ferber, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.
Legal representative: Ruben Valcy.
MyTwin serves as an interoperability and orchestration platform connecting certified CE health solutions and independent wellness services, enabling personalized monitoring without producing autonomous medical analysis.
- No direct medical purpose
MyTwin is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 or equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.
The application does not provide any medical diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment.
It does not replace professional medical advice.
- Medical responsibility
The information displayed in MyTwin comes from validated third-party sources and applications.
MyTwin does not alter or interpret medical data.
All medical or therapeutic decisions must be made by a qualified healthcare professional based on a complete clinical assessment.
- Health data and security
MyTwin applies international standards of security and confidentiality, including:
- the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the European Union,
- the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for Southeast Asian countries,
- the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) for the United States.
Health data is hosted on secure servers compliant with local regulations (e.g. HDS-certified hosts in Europe).
Users retain ownership and control of their data at all times.
- Interoperability and third-party services
MyTwin integrates certified third-party applications and services.
Each connected application remains responsible for the compliance of its own medical functionalities.
MyTwin acts solely as an interface for connection and visualization.
- Emergency and health
In the event of symptoms, emergencies, or medical questions, contact a healthcare professional or your country's emergency services immediately.
MyTwin should never be used to establish a diagnosis or make treatment decisions in emergency situations.
MyTwin is not an emergency service. In case of emergency, call 15 (SAMU) or 112 (European emergency number) or any other emergency number corresponding to your geographic location.
MyTwin is not a medical device.
The application in no way replaces medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The information and recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and must always be validated by a qualified healthcare professional.
2. Acceptance of terms
Access to and use of the service imply full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
By creating an account or using the application, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms.
3. Service access
Access to MyTwin is reserved for users with a personal account.
Each account is strictly individual and must not be shared.
The user agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
The service is available in beta version, meaning that some features may evolve, be limited, or modified without prior notice.
4. Personal data and privacy
Personal data collected in connection with the use of MyTwin is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French laws.
Health data, when provided, is handled with the highest level of security and confidentiality.

By using MyTwin, the user acknowledges having read and accepted this policy.
5. Security and hosting
Data is hosted on HDS-certified (Health Data Hosting) cloud infrastructure, in compliance with French and European regulations.
As part of the beta program, certain anonymized or technical data may temporarily transit through non-HDS-certified servers solely for the purposes of:
- performance analysis,
- service improvement,
- or technical development.
These processes nevertheless comply with GDPR standards and applicable confidentiality rules.
6. Nature of the information provided
The results, analyses, and summaries provided by MyTwin are designed to support personal well-being understanding.
They do not in any way constitute a medical diagnosis.
Users are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional for any medical interpretation or health-related decision.
7. Liability
We Are One strives to ensure the reliability and availability of the MyTwin service.
However, the company does not guarantee:
- the completeness or accuracy of processed data,
- or uninterrupted and error-free service continuity.
The user alone is responsible for:
- interpreting the information provided by MyTwin,
- the way this information is used,
- and any decisions made based on it.
Consequently, MyTwin and We Are One shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service or interpretation of its results.
8. Intellectual property
All components of MyTwin (name, logo, interface, content, algorithms, design, texts, illustrations, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law and are the exclusive property of We Are One.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
9. Service evolution
As MyTwin is in Beta phase, the service may evolve, be suspended, or updated without notice.
Any substantial modification of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy will be communicated to users via the application or by email.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
